WASTE PAPER:

W J Lambert & Co Ltd has been processing waste paper at their premises at Balderton Sawmills since 1978. We originally started with one hand tie baler producing 30 tonnes per week. Over the years we have installed 3 automatic baling presses, a guillotine and a shredder, increasing our processing capacity to over 200 tonnes per week. We concentrate on the heavier side of the recycling market, which involves the cutting, shredding and baling of 2.5 tonne reels of Unprinted White Duplex (Scanboard).

We are also more than happy to accept waste paper (which includes cardboard, newspapers, magazines and brochures) from local traders and the general public. We bale this waste which is then sent for re-use in paper and board mills throughout the country. No charge is made for this service and we welcome anyone calling us during normal opening hours.
